SHORT DESCRIPTION:  MarkeTrak outage is complete.  The application is
now functioning normally.  

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRs and TDSPs 

DAY AFFECTED:  December 15, 2008 from 1:00 PM through 1:11 PM  

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT completed the brief outage of the MarkeTrak
Application GUI.  A restart of the application was necessary to correct
a reported privilege issue with the execution of certain reports.  The
MarkeTrak GUI application has been restored and is functioning normally.


API users were unaffected.

DAY AFFECTED:  December 15, 2008 at 1:00 PM    

DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT will be taking a brief outage of the MarkeTrak
Application GUI to correct a reported privilege issue with the execution
of certain reports.  This requires a restart of the application which
will take approximately 20 minutes.  This outage will occur at 1:00 PM,
today.

API users will be unaffected.

DESCRIPTION: ERCOT's MarkeTrak graphical user interface (GUI)
application is experiencing permission issues with user created reports
run against Report Project:  ERCOT Projects.  This issue arose after the
migration on December 14, 2008.  All reports created and executed
against other report levels are available.  ERCOT is working on
resolving this issue and will provide additional information as it
becomes available.
