SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Users were unable to complete submission of issues in ERCOT’s MarkeTrak application on December 18, 2008.  

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  All Market Participants  

DAY AFFECTED:  Thursday, December 18, 2008  

LONG DESCRIPTION:  Users were unable to complete submission of issues in ERCOT’s MarkeTrak application from 3:35 PM until 4:50 PM Thursday, December 18, 2008.  

The root case was a human error.  A necessary  account was accidentally deleted, creating the submission issue.

MarkeTrak functionality has been restored.  MPs are now able to access the application as normal.
