DESCRIPTION: ERCOT’s MarkeTrak graphical user interface (GUI) application is experiencing permission issues with user created reports run against Report Project:  ERCOT Projects.  This issue arose after the migration on December 14, 2008.  All reports created and executed against other report levels are available.  ERCOT is working on resolving this issue and will provide additional information as it becomes available.
