DAY AFFECTED:  January 5, 2009

LONG DESCRIPTION:  The Settlement and Billing Daily extracts (SNB Daily) posted on Monday, January 5, 2009, have been removed from TML for 75 market participants and will be re-posted. The affected extracts contained private data records in the header file, but lacked a corresponding record in the data file.

ERCOT has removed the extracts from TML and will re-post the affected extracts as soon as possible.
