SHORT DESCRIPTION: ERCOT experienced an unplanned outage of the
production NAESB Proxy server on February 15, 2009 from 1:24 PM to 2:38
PM and of the legacy File Transfer Protocol (FTP) replacement script proxy
server on February 15, 2009 from 1:24 PM to 5:12 PM.

5:12 PM
LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT experienced an unplanned outage
of the production NAESB Proxy server on February 15, 2009 from 1:24 PM to
2:38 PM and of the legacy File Transfer Protocol (FTP) replacement script proxy
server on February 15, 2009 from 1:24 PM to 5:12 PM. These outages were
both due to scheduled maintenance that impacted the proxy servers for both NAESB
and FTP replacement script.
During the outages, no EDI
files were being sent or received by ERCOT.
All systems are now
functioning properly.
