SHORT DESCRIPTION:  NDCRC Submittal Application Outage

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  QSEs representing Generation Resources

DAY AFFECTED:  February 15, 2009

LONG DESCRIPTION:  The web application QSEs use to electronically submit Net Dependable Capability and Reactive Capability (NDCRC) test data for Generation Resources experienced an unplanned outage from 13:01 to 14:35 on February 15, 2009.  The root cause of the outage was related to routine server maintenance performance and has been resolved.
