SHORT DESCRIPTION: The ERCOT Market Operations Test Environment (MOTE) will be open for Daylight Savings Time testing

INTENDED AUDIENCE: QSE Operations Personnel

DAY AFFECTED:  February 17 and February 19, 2009

LONG DESCRIPTION: The ERCOT Market Operations Test Environment (MOTE) will be available for Market Participant testing on Tuesday, February 17, 2009, with a back-up testing day of Thursday, February 19, 2009.  This testing will follow the simulated times shown in the table below. The MOTE will be unavailable on February 16, 2009, in order to prepare for the tests.
