SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Sandow Switch SPS Temporarily Disabled

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED:  February 20, 2009

LONG DESCRIPTION:  The Sandow Switch Special Protection System (SPS) is currently disabled due to planned outages in the area.  Therefore, the 138 kV buses at Sandow Switch will be temporarily reconfigured as a single bus for the duration of the outages, which are scheduled to end approximately March 2, 2009.
