SHORT DESCRIPTION: Updates to the MarkeTrak User
Guide
INTENDED AUDIENCE: CRs and TDSPs
DAY AFFECTED: February 6, 2009
LONG DESCRIPTION: The MarkeTrak User Guide -
Section 7- Admin has been updated as a result of issues with the current
“Removing User Access” procedure. The current procedure
causes errors in MarkeTrak, preventing issues from being transitioned.
The updated version includes steps to temporarily resolve this problem.

ACTION REQUIRED: Market Participants are
requested to send any suggested edits or questions to their assigned Retail
Account Manager by Friday, February 6, 2009.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: A permanent resolution to this issue
is currently being developed. Updates will be provided to the market as
the changes occur.
