SHORT DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT experienced an internal processing issue with the Electronic Data Interchange application from 3:11 PM Wednesday, March 11, 2009 through 5:15 PM Thursday, March 12, 2009.

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT experienced an internal processing issue with the Electronic Data Interchange application from 3:11 PM Wednesday, March 11, 2009 through 5:15 PM Thursday, March 12, 2009.

All inbound files have now been successfully processed. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  The root cause was a recently created Market Participant name being longer than the database constraints allow.  Some processes were able to complete while others were delayed in their completion.
