DESCRIPTION: On March 4, 2009 the Day Ahead Ancillary
Service (AS) Market Engine initially failed to clear for the Operating Day of
March 5, 2009. At approximately 16:20 the Day Ahead AS Market was re-run
and successfully cleared.
ERCOT is investigating the issue and will
provide more information at the appropriate Working Group as it becomes
available.
