SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Clarification regarding submission of Network Model Changes

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants

LONG DESCRIPTION:  The purpose of this notice is to clarify that there are no restrictions or “freezes” currently in place limiting network model change submissions via the service request process. 

This clarification is in response to Market Participant questions regarding network model change submission limitations as ERCOT approaches the Single-Entry Model (SEM) Go-Live activities.

ERCOT will continue to work closely with the Network Data Support Working Group (NDSWG) on behalf of the Reliability and Operations Subcommittee (ROS) to determine and communicate the appropriate network model change submission procedure during the implementation activities leading up to SEM Go-Live over the next few months.
