SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Initial determination of RMR status

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED:  March 6, 2009

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT System Operations and ERCOT System Planning have determined that the following units are not required for Reliability Must Run (RMR) service.  ERCOT will not pursue RMR agreements with these units for 2009:

• CPS Energy – TUTTLE_WBT1G1
• CPS Energy – TUTTLE_WBT3G3
• CPS Energy – TUTTLE_WBT4G4
