DESCRIPTION: The Report Explorer functionality of the Texas
Market Link (TML) experienced an outage in service from 9:15 PM to 10:05 PM on
Sunday, March 22, 2009.

DESCRIPTION: The Report Explorer functionality of the
Texas Market Link (TML) experienced an outage in service from 9:15 PM to 10:05
PM on Sunday, March 22, 2009. Reports could not be downloaded from Report
Explorer during that time.
The root cause was the Enterprise Application Integration
(EAI) becoming unresponsive. EAI was recycled and Report Explorer functionality
was restored.
