The outage of the MarkeTrak Application was completed at approximately 8:55 PM.  SIR 12042, which will automatically log users out after 2.5 hours of inactivity, was successfully implemented.

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRs and TDSPs

SHORT DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT will be taking an outage of the MarkeTrak Application GUI and API outside of the Service Level Agreement timeframe. This outage will occur on March 24, 2009 from 7:00 PM until 10:00 PM.

DAY AFFECTED:  March 24, 2009 from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM    

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT will be taking an outage of the MarkeTrak Application GUI and API outside of the Service Level Agreement timeframe. This outage will occur on March 24, 2009 from 7:00 PM until 10:00 PM to implement SIR 12042. This SIR will add to MarkeTrak the auto-log off feature. Going forward, MarkeTrak will automatically log users out after 2.5 hours of inactivity.
