LONG DESCRIPTION:  The Settlement and Billing Extracts (SNB) that posted on April 12, 2009, were incomplete and therefore removed.  The extracts were reposted with complete data on April 17, 2009, at approximately 4:30PM.  The Operating Day that was affected in the SNB extracts was March 31, 2009.
