SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Revised date for NSO status for WB Tuttle 3

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED:  October 1, 2009

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT has received a revised date for the Notification of Suspension of Operations for CPS Energy – TUTTLE_WBT3G3.  As of October 1, 2009, the Generation Resource will be unavailable for dispatch by ERCOT due to the suspension of operations.   This is a change from the original date of June 1, 2009.  ERCOT does not intend to re-evaluate the need for this unit to provide RMR service as a result of this date change.
