DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT’s MarkeTrak application experienced an unplanned outage on May 6, 2009 from 11:10 AM to 11:57 AM      

The MarkeTrak application is now operational.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  The root cause was a vendor software defect.
