INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRs and TDSPs

SHORT DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT will be taking an outage of the MarkeTrak Application GUI and API outside of the Service Level Agreement timeframe.

DAY AFFECTED:  May 5, 2009 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM    

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT will be taking an outage of the MarkeTrak Application GUI and API outside of the Service Level Agreement timeframe. This outage will occur on May 5, 2009 from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM to resolve an issue with the ‘Auto Closing’ from certain Pending Complete states.
