NOTICE DATE: June 16,
2009
NOTICE TYPE: M-C052909-02 TCR
SHORT DESCRIPTION:
Reminder of change in the delivery of TCR Revenue Allocation
INTENDED AUDIENCE: QSEs
DAY AFFECTED: June 15,
2009
LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT
Client Services has implemented the change in the delivery of the TCR Revenue
Allocation files. These Excel files are provided to the Qualified Scheduling
Entities (QSE) with Load for the amount that will be received by the QSE based
on the Transmission Congestion Right (TCR) Revenue Allocation. In order to
increase the efficiency, timeliness and security of the delivery, ERCOT has
posted these files on TML in a folder marked MISCELLANEOUS in each QSE’s
folder. The MISCELLANEOUS folder will only appear once data has been posted in
it, and then remain visible. All TCR Revenue Allocation files will be delivered
through this method and will remain on the same schedule used for email delivery.
The
2009 March TCR Revenue Allocation was incorrectly calculated. The 2009
May TCR Revenue Allocation reflects the 2009 May TCR Revenue Allocation plus
the recalculated 2009 March TCR Revenue Allocation.
ACTION REQUIRED: ERCOT
has posted the file in each QSE’s TML folder. Please ensure that you are
able to download and read this file as appropriate. The naming convention of
the file is as follows:
MSC.<Post
Date>. <MP Number>_<MP Name>_<Auction Month>.XLS
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The MISCELLANEOUS folder will be found in the QSE’s TML list of folders.
Access to this folder will require a Digital Certificate with the
“Reports” role assigned. If you don’t already have a Digital
Certificate and require access, please contact your company’s User Security
Administrator (USA).
The
MISCELLANEOUS folder will also be used to post other files such as ad-hoc
settlement invoices and supporting files.
All
files posted to the MISCELLANEOUS folder will remain visible for 30 days before
rolling off.
