NOTICE TYPE:  M-A060809-01   Outage – Report Explorer

SHORT DESCRIPTION:  The Report Explorer functionality of the Texas Market Link (TML) experienced an outage in service from 8:42 AM to 10:25 AM on Saturday, June 6, 2009.

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants

DAYS AFFECTED:  June 6, 2009 from 8:42 AM to 10:25 AM

LONG DESCRIPTION:  The Report Explorer functionality of the Texas Market Link (TML) experienced an outage in service from 8:42 AM to 10:25 AM on Saturday, June 6, 2009.  Reports could not be downloaded from Report Explorer during that time.

The root cause was a database storage issue.  The database administrator team applied a corrective script and has made adjustments to scheduled tasks.  Report Explorer functionality was restored.
