NOTICE TYPE:  R-A061009-01 Outage - Retail - MarkeTrak
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRs and TDSPs
SHORT DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT will be taking an outage of the MarkeTrak Application GUI and API outside of the Service Level Agreement timeframe.  This outage will occur on June 10, 2009 from 7:00 PM until 10:00 PM.
DAY AFFECTED:  June 10, 2009 from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM
LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT will be taking an outage of the MarkeTrak Application GUI and API outside of the Service Level Agreement timeframe.  This outage will occur on June 10, 2009 from 7:00 PM until 10:00 PM to implement SIR 12336. This SIR will add enhanced user validations on the Product Access Level and Membership Role assignments within MarkeTrak.  Also included in this SIR is functionality to standardize contact information, such as e-mail address and name, to the expected data format to prevent internal ERCOT MarkeTrak errors.
