SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Mospublic.ercot.com outages June 13 – June 14, 2009

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants

DAYS AFFECTED:  June 13 – June 14, 2009

LONG DESCRIPTION:  Due to an application failure, Mospublic.ercot.com experienced multiple outages June 13 – June 14, 2009. The times of the outages were as follows:

             June 13                                             June 14

             5:01 PM – 5:35 PM                         12:06 AM – 12:10 AM

             6:31 PM – 7:10 PM

            10:16 PM – 10:31 PM

            11:01 PM – 11:05 PM

            11:16 PM – 11:23 PM

            11:51 PM – 11:56 PM

During the outages, users experienced “Page could not be displayed” errors for Mospublic Real-time report links on Ercot.com. The root cause has not yet been determined. Mospublic servers were switched on June 14 and no further issues have been reported.
