SHORT DESCRIPTION:  On Monday, June 8, 2009, ERCOT experienced an internal system processing issue affecting all retail transactions except for 814_20 transactions.

DAY AFFECTED:  Monday, June 8, 2009 from 1:30 AM to 10:33 AM

LONG DESCRIPTION:  On Monday, June 8, 2009 from 1:30 AM to 10:33 AM, ERCOT experienced an internal system processing issue affecting all retail transactions except for 814_20 transactions.  As a result, some transactions were not processed within the processing timeframes defined by protocol.  In addition, the system issues also impacted the MarkeTrak application resulting in a degradation of performance.
