LONG DESCRIPTION: Due to an
application failure, Mospublic.ercot.com experienced multiple outages June 13
– June 14, 2009. The times of the outages were as follows:

During
the outages, users experienced “Page could not be displayed” errors
for Mospublic Real-time report links on Ercot.com. The root cause has not yet
been determined. Mospublic servers were switched on June 14 and no further
issues have been reported.
