DAY AFFECTED:  June 20, 2009 from 5:16 AM to 6:34 AM

LONG DESCRIPTION:  The MOS Public functionality of the ERCOT Website experienced an outage in service from 5:16 AM to 6:34 AM on Saturday, June 20, 2009.  Reports could not be downloaded from MOS Public pages during that time. The root cause is being investigated.
