DAY AFFECTED:  December 7, 2009

LONG DESCRIPTION:  Per Market Notice M-A080409-01, ERCOT granted approval of the Eskota Switching Station Special Protection System (SPS), proposed by Oncor Electric Delivery.  At that time, the expected in-service date for the SPS had not been determined by Oncor. ERCOT has since received a planned in-service date for this SPS of December 7, 2009.
