NOTICE TYPE:  R-A091009-01 Outage – Retail - MarkeTrak

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRs and TDSPs

SHORT DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT will be taking an outage of the MarkeTrak application GUI and API outside of the Service Level Agreement timeframe on September 15, 2009 from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM.

DAY AFFECTED:  September 15, 2009 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM    

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT will be taking an outage of the MarkeTrak application GUI and API outside of the Service Level Agreement timeframe. This outage will occur on September 15, 2009 from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM to complete an internal server configuration.
