NOTICE DATE: September 2, 2009 NOTICE TYPE: R-A090209-01 Outage - Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) Server SHORT DESCRIPTION: The Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) server became unresponsive from approximately 11:11 AM to 12:20 PM on Wednesday, September 2, 2009. INTENDED AUDIENCE: CRs and TDSPs DAY AFFECTED: Wednesday, September 2 from approximately 11:11 AM to 12:20 PM LONG DESCRIPTION: The Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) servers became unresponsive from approximately 11:11 AM to 12:20 PM on Wednesday, September 2, 2009. This affected the TML application, most specifically, the Submit Transaction, Find ESIID, and Find Transaction functions. TML was unavailable from 11:11 AM to 11:33 AM. TML Find ESIID ID and Find Transactions were not available until 12:20 PM. All functions services have been restored and are functioning properly. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Retail processing may have been impacted. Additional details will be made available after ERCOT completes investigation of the market impacts.
