SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Network Model Management System (NMMS) outage on September 11, 2009

DAY AFFECTED:  September 11, 2009, 10:29 AM – 1:45 PM

LONG DESCRIPTION:  From 10:29 AM until 1:45 PM on September 11, 2009, NMMS experienced an outage of the production system. Technical support has resolved the issue and NMMS is back in service.
