NOTICE DATE: September 29, 2009 NOTICE TYPE: M-A092909-01 OUTAGE - Retail/Wholesale SHORT DESCRIPTION: ERCOT experienced an Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) failure, causing several applications to become unresponsive from 1:00 PM to 1:35 PM September 29, 2009 INTENDED AUDIENCE: CRs, QSEs and TDSPs DAY AFFECTED: September 29, 2009 from 1:00 PM to 1:35 PM LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT experienced an Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) failure, causing the following applications to become unresponsive from 1:00 PM to 1:35 PM on September 29, 2009: * MarkeTrak API * Market Data Transparency (MDT) * Find ESIID * Find Transaction * Retail API ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This outage was the result of a server within EAI becoming unresponsive.
