The retail transaction processing issue has been resolved. The root cause was determined to be additional necessary performance tuning on the application database. All transactions backlogged in the queue were processed by 8:30 PM Monday, September 28, 2009. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: ERCOT has identified the volume and transactions that were impacted. Initial lists of reprocessed transactions were sent to affected CRs on Monday, September 28, 2009. A second set of lists was sent on September 29, 2009.
