SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Payment overdue on Private Wide Area Network (WAN) Fees

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  Market Participants with an executed ERCOT WAN Agreement

DAY AFFECTED:  Invoices due October 11, 2009

LONG DESCRIPTION:  The ERCOT Wide Area Network (WAN) provides an interface for data transfer between Market Participants and ERCOT. 

Pursuant to the ERCOT WAN Agreement, MPs are required to reimburse ERCOT’s cost of performing or acquiring WAN services on a monthly basis.

ACTION REQUIRED: The WAN Invoice issued September 16, 2009, was due October 11, 2009.  A large number of invoices are past due. Please remit payment immediately for any WAN Invoices past due. If you have already paid your WAN invoice due on October 11, please disregard this notice.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The WAN invoices for each entity with a WAN connection were posted to the Texas Market Link (TML) under the Miscellaneous folder.
