SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Learning Management System (LMS) outage

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants

DAYS AFFECTED:  September 30, 2009, to current

LONG DESCRIPTION:  The ERCOT LMS has experienced system problems since September 30, 2009. The LMS site is externally hosted by On-Line Training Corporation, and the problems are a result of a physical server move from one building to the next. The Nodal Training team is currently working with On-Line Training Corporation to resolve the outage.
