SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Learning Management System (LMS) outage completed

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants

DAYS AFFECTED:  September 30, 2009, until October 7, 2009

LONG DESCRIPTION:  Starting September 30, 2009, the ERCOT LMS experienced system problems as a result of a physical server move from one building to another. The Nodal Training team worked with the site host, On-Line Training Corporation, and the issue has been resolved. Please contact ERCOT if you experience any further problems with the LMS.
