SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Settlement calendar correction

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  Market Participants with Settlement Invoices and TCR Weekly Invoices

DAY AFFECTED:  Invoices due January 5, 2010

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT has corrected an error on the Settlement calendar. Settlement Invoices issued yesterday, December 28, 2009, are due on January 5, 2010, as stated on the invoice, not January 4 as originally listed in the calendar.

TCR Weekly Invoices will be paid on January 6, 2010. The Invoices incorrectly state the pay date as January 5, 2010.
