DAY AFFECTED: December 7, 2009 from 3:09 PM 4:53 PM
LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT experienced an outage of the Electronic
Data Interchange (EDI) servers from 3:09 PM to 4:53 PM on
December 7, 2009.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The root cause is currently
under investigation.
