DAY AFFECTED:  December 18, 2009 from 4:29 PM to 8:00 PM

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT’s Texas Market Link (TML) application experienced an unplanned outage on December 18, 2009 from 4:29 PM to 8:00 PM.

The TML is now operational.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  A root cause has not yet been determined. Additional information will be provided as it becomes available.
