LONG DESCRIPTION: On the December 15, 2009, TCR posting, the published date and interval incorrectly displayed December 30, 2009, Interval 76. The correct date and interval for the posting was December 10, 2009, Interval 29. However, the peak load used in the allocation calculation was correct.
