SHORT DESCRIPTION:  NDCRC application outage

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  QSEs with Resources and Resource Entities

DAY AFFECTED:  January 23, 2010

LONG DESCRIPTION:  The Net Dependable Capability and Reactive Capability (NDCRC) application will be down for scheduled maintenance for approximately 3 – 4 hours between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM on January 23, 2010, for a system upgrade. Qualified Scheduling Entities (QSEs) will be unable to submit Reactive Capability Tests and Seasonal High Sustained Limit (HSL) Tests during this time.
