SHORT DESCRIPTION: ERCOT experienced an outage of the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) file server from 10:58 PM to 11:32 PM on Wednesday, February 3, 2010.

DAY AFFECTED: February 3, 2010 from 10:58 PM to 11:32 PM

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT experienced an outage of the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) file server from 10:58 PM to 11:32 PM on Wednesday, February 3, 2010. This outage was the result of an internal database error.

ERCOT’s retail transaction processing servers are now functioning normally.

DESCRIPTION: ERCOT experienced an outage of the EDI server on February 3, 2010 from 10:58 PM to 11:32 PM.

At this time, all ERCOT Retail Transaction processing has been restored.
