SHORT DESCRIPTION: Proposal to install a new SPS at Mount Enterprise

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT has received a request to install a Special Protection System (SPS) at the Oncor Mount Enterprise substation. This SPS is intended to protect against overloads on the Mount Enterprise – Nacogdoches 345 kV line that can occur under various system conditions. ERCOT is currently reviewing this proposal.
