SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Changes to the MarkeTrak User Guide

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRs and TDSPs

DAY AFFECTED: February 22, 2010

LONG DESCRIPTION: Changes have been made to the MarkeTrak User Guide - Section 1- General Overview regarding the timeline for archiving MarkeTrak issues.  The updated version is attached to this notice.

In addition, the Tips & Tricks document located on the MarkeTrak information page has been modified to remove information that is now outdated and no longer applicable.

ACTION REQUIRED: Market Participants are requested to send any suggested edits to their assigned Retail Account Manager by Monday, February 22, 2010.
