SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Network Model Management System (NMMS) user access failure

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  TDSPs / TSPs

DAY AFFECTED:  February 12, 2010

LONG DESCRIPTION:  During overnight security testing, some users unexpectedly lost access to NMMS Friday morning February 12, 2010. The affected users were removed from the NMMS_IMM group by the Market Participant Identity Management (MPIM) tool. ERCOT has put the users back into the group, and the problem has been corrected.
