SHORT DESCRIPTION: Initial and Final determination of RMR status for Tradinghouse Power Company LLC Unit 2

DAY AFFECTED: March 17, 2010

LONG DESCRIPTION: Tradinghouse Power Company LLC submitted a Notice of Suspension of Operations (NSO) for Tradinghouse Unit 2 on February 25, 2010. ERCOT has completed its preliminary review and is issuing its initial determination that this Resource is not required to support ERCOT System reliability. Pursuant to Section 6.5.9.1(6), this Notice will also serve as the final determination, and the Resource may cease or suspend operations according to the schedule in its NSO.
