INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRs and TDSPs

SHORT DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT will be taking an outage of the MarkeTrak Application GUI and API outside of the Service Level Agreement timeframe.

DAY AFFECTED:  March 25, 2010 at 7:00 PM

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT will be taking an outage of the MarkeTrak Application GUI and API outside of the Service Level Agreement timeframe.

This outage will occur this evening, March 25, 2010 at 7:00 PM, to perform database maintenance.

The MarkeTrak application will be brought back up prior to the 7:00 AM SLA start time
