LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT experienced Retail Transaction processing issues on April
12, 2010 from 08:58 to 11:27. ERCOT has
determined this Retail Processing issue was the result of a hardware failure.
At this time, all ERCOT Retail Transaction processing has been
restored.
Backlogged transaction processing was completed by 17:30 on April 12,
2010.

INFORMATION: ERCOT
is currently performing analysis on impacted transactions and will provide a
list of impacted transaction types and counts as soon as they are available.
