DESCRIPTION:  An unplanned outage was experienced with the Texas Market Link Find ESI ID function on April 26, 2010 from 09:21 to 10:28.
Root cause was determined to be an Enterprise Application Integration process failure. ERCOT's EAI application is now operational.
