certificate issues

LONG
DESCRIPTION:
EROCT experienced an issue with the Market Participant Identity Management
(MPIM) system, where User Security Administrators (USAs) were unable to
complete the revocation process for users’ digital certificates. Also,
any users that were attempting to renew or download their digital certificates
were affected. The root cause was human error and was correct at 11:20AM on
April 26, 2010.
ACTION REQUIRED: If you have
experienced issues, please repeat the digital certificate action taken
(revoke/renew/download).
