Intended Audience:  QSEs, Resource Entities, TDSPs, ERCOT ISO, PUCT, and Other Interested Parties.

Session Date / Time: Friday, April 9, 2010, 9 a.m.-12 p.m.

Description: Texas Regional Entity (Texas RE) is hosting the Nodal Reliability Performance Monitoring and Reporting Measures Training Session I. This first of three training session has two general objectives: (1) cover the implementation plan and responsibilities for ERCOT Nodal Protocol reliability performance measures; and (2) introduce ERCOT Nodal Protocol Section 8 and ERCOT Nodal Operating Guide Section 9 performance monitoring measures, including a more detailed look at particular key reliability performance metrics. The plan is to provide two more training sessions before the December 1, 2010, Texas Nodal Market Go-Live date. The content of these training sessions will be cumulative, not duplicative. The ultimate goal is to provide training on the complete scope of ERCOT Nodal Protocol Section 8 and ERCOT Nodal Operating Guide Section 9 requirements.
